Our slumber parties started in 1987.
Inseparable from the start, we met in middle school and became best friends. Jenn lived at my (Adrienne) house on the weekends, co-hosting slumber parties with all our friends. Although we went to different high schools, our sisterhood remained intact. Our adventurous spirits got us into some fun trouble, but no matter what, we always had each other’s back. Jenn supported me through the loss of my parents, we had daughters a year and half apart in our early 20s, then became single moms. We struggled through our challenges yet committed to our spiritual journeys. Naturally independent and entrepreneurial, we stubbornly set out to follow the road less traveled. We share the philosophy that our work must be an expression of our Self, and even though we barely scraped by at times, we believed that the Universe had our back. 20+ years later, we are happy to say that we have successfully carved out a path of meaning and freedom.
Jennifer Hefley followed her passion to help people, and first became a licensed massage therapist in 2000 adding her love of energy work and Reiki in 2004, then a yoga teacher in 2008. She expanded her offerings in 2010 to include skin care and aesthetics. Jenn’s intrigue of the mystical led her to tarot, which she studied and practiced for years before offering readings and working parties with Adrienne in 2013. A true Gemini, Jenn-of-many-traits, recently discovered (pursued) her love of dogs, and started her flourishing pet-sitting business. Jenn is a compassionate, creative, hummingbird, who will make you laugh, and hold your hand while you cry.
Adrienne Abeyta pursued her long-time interest in metaphysics and began studying astrology, tarot, and numerology in 2000. She began a professional practice in 2002 then teaching in 2004. Adrienne became a certified Life Coach in 2005 and started a psychic entertainment business. Adrienne’s intuitive talents and tools are an integral part of her service. Adrienne completed her degree in Religious Studies in 2013. She fell into becoming the director and course creator of a yoga teacher training in 2008 then completed a certification in Drug and Alcohol counseling in 2010. Along the way, Adrienne collected trainings in depth psychology, Buddhism, mythology, philosophy – ever the Virgo wanting to learn more. Adrienne has been working in treatment for over 10 years, leading groups and helping people find their way back home. Her most recent addition is breathwork. Adrienne is a practical mystic with lots of knowledge, experience, and a wicked sense of humor.
