A Sacred Place to Laugh, Cry, Connect, Play and Change.

I jumped on the opportunity to road trip down from Boise and participate in a Soulful Slumber Party weekend. The property we stayed at was perfectly chosen, all the extras … hot tub, surround sound, fishpond, nature, comfortable beds, tasteful décor, well planned out days and events, attention given to all the details. We played, we danced, we stayed up late talking and crying and connecting, we laughed ‘til it hurt, we ate amazing food, listened to great music, reconnected with our sacred selves, and pushed beyond some of our comfort zones … forgot all our cares and just lived in the moments we were there together. I got closer to old friends and made several new friends. I found myself feeling lighthearted, refreshed, spontaneous, free and like I really connected and belonged to an incredible group of friends.

I really enjoyed all the sacred sauce these ladies cooked up which also included fun games, enticing foods, great connection, and a perfect place to keep it all contained. I only knew a few people, but the new ones I did meet will forever hold a special place in my heart. This is a perfectly planned weekend for someone new to a spiritual practice or someone seasoned, either way, these ladies will make you feel warm, safe, loved, and secure to explore your deeper self while connecting with nature.

Well with Soulful Slumber Parties they are back but better. Trade-in middle school drama for the attention and support of your friends, pizza for yummy healthy food, and forced all-nighters that leave you exhausted for hours of pleasure with no expectations and that's the experience. My weekend opened my heart and lead to self-discovery while experiencing laughs, hugs, and an amazing balance of giving and receiving. I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired! “My first Soulful Slumber Party was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I felt supported and gained insight as I've never experienced before. I tend to have a hard time connecting with other strong women, and at our event, we had ten very strong women (some of whom I was meeting for the first time) who supported and encouraged one another as if we were family. I don't find opportunities in everyday life to have the type of connection we had. I am grateful for being able to look at relationships with women in a refreshed and beautiful way. This has allowed me to deepen existing relationships and create new friendships. Jen & Adrienne were amazing facilitators who created a safe, beautiful, loving, and comfortable space for us to freely be ourselves. We laughed, shared stories, supported each other, cried, and had several breakthroughs. I really enjoyed the ceremonies and rituals we performed and the fun activities throughout the weekend.
